Can I register more than one player at once?
Yes you can. Simply add all the players to your cart, then click continue registration. You only need to enter your contact information once this way.

Do I need a PayPal account to use your site?
No, just select "Don't have a PayPal account?" at checkout and use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card. No signing up required.

Do you process or store credit card information on your site?
No, all payment is handled by PayPal. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I get a refund if I decide to withdraw from the tournament?
Refunds are solely at the discretion of the tournament staff. Please see our Terms of Use for more details.

I'm attempting to register multiple players, but one of them is in a section that is waitlisted. Can I still register my other players?
Yes, currently our system can't automatically split orders when one player is in a section that is waitlisted. For now, simply go back to your cart, remove the player from that section, and proceed to register the other players. Once finished you can go back and sign up just the one player for the waitlist. In the future we hope to automate that process for you.

What does Max Rating mean?
Sections with a maximum rating offer a less difficult competition level than open sections. If this is your first tournament it is recommended that you select a section with a maximum rating.

Can you handle the registration for our chess tournament?
Absolutely, please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and leave your contact information and some information about your tournament, someone will be in touch with you shortly.

Can I see a list of who else has signed up for a tournament?
Yes, just click on the section you wish to view and you will be taken to a list of whose signed up.
