Northwest Chess Registration collects certain information that is required for the tournament staff. This includes the student's name, grade and school, along with the contact name, phone number and email address.

The student's name, grade and school will be publicly viewable in a list of registered players, this is the same information that is used for the NWSRS ratings database.

We will not share your contact information with anyone outside the tournament.

Since payment is handled through Paypal, we do not see or have access to your credit card information.

We will comply with any mandatory legal request to turn over information.

We will not sell your information to anyone for any reason.
